Cancel up to 24 hours in advance at no cost. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your visit will incur a 50% charge.
Booking requests must be submitted by 1:00 PM the day prior for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday visits. For weekend visits (Saturday, Sunday) or Monday appointments, booking requests are due by 1:00 PM Thursday. A $25 late request fee applies to bookings made after these deadlines.

A holiday surcharge may apply on the following observed holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents' Day (Washington's Birthday), Memorial Day, Juneteenth National Independence Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Indigenous Peoples' Day (Columbus Day), Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, as well as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year's Eve).
To get started with Bentonville Pet Care, we'll need a set of house keys or keypad access code. A team member will arrange a complimentary key pickup prior to your first visit at no charge.
We aim to match you with a consistent pet care provider for all your visits. If your regular sitter is unavailable, we'll arrange a meet and greet with another trusted team member before they provide service.
Every client receives access to our secure online portal for booking appointments, managing cancellations, processing payments, and keeping your pet's information current.
Our support team is available to help with urgent scheduling needs or last-minute requests.
After each visit, you'll receive an arrival notification followed by a detailed visit report that includes care notes, visit duration, and photos of your pet enjoying their time with us.
Every member of our pet care team is thoroughly screened, background-checked, and professionally trained to provide the highest standard of care for your pets.
